This is the average of 2-dimensional regularized least squares inversions of GONG solar rotational splittings covering all available datasets from 1995-2009. The details of the analysis can be found in the article by R. Howe et al, Bibcode 2005ApJ...634.1405H, DOI 10.1086/497107, but this dataset was extended up to 2009 and is the one behind the plot at https://nso.edu/telescopes/nisp/#foobox-1/2/gongcut.png.
