The application presents an platform for discovering to insecticidal proteins from environmental sources of highly heterogeneous. The method utilizes procedures of metagenómico and enrichment techniques of gene amplification only, which allows the access to an extensive class of microbial diversity and its resultant protein unknown. The platform of discovery of insecticidal proteins (IPDP) disclosed may be directed by computer and is capable of integrating protocols of molecular biology, automation and automatic learning advanced. The platform which will allow researchers to access of the quickly and accurately to the vast repertoire of untapped, insecticidal proteins produced by microbial complex environmental samples and not characterized. In the present are also disclosed one of group of pore-forming toxins (PFT) recently discovered of one rare class of insecticidal proteins, which are found using the platform of discovery of insecticidal proteins. Claim 1: One molecule of nucleic acid isolated nucleotide sequence characterized that encodes an insecticidal protein which has an sequence of amino acids (i) with less approximately 80 % of to the identity of sequence with one protein with one of amino acids sequence selected among the group which consists in: SEQ ID no: 2, SEQ ID no: 4, SEQ ID no: 12, SEQ ID no: 14, SEQ ID no: 16, SEQ ID no: 18, SEQ ID no: 20, and SEQ ID no: 22; or (ii) with to the approximately 91 % of less of sequence identity with one protein with one of amino acids of the sequence SEQ ID no: 8.
