Native Persistence_Stage1_repro_pack_v1_0

Reproduction package for the paper "Native Persistence: Self-Maintaining Relational Structures from Three Operative Axioms, under a Pre-Registered Gauge" (Stefan D. Ungureanu, 2026). The package supports two levels of verification: re-analysis of all published numbers directly from the raw record files (no GPU required), and full re-runs of the simulations and the pre-registered inspection. Contents: the axiomatic engine and the gauge instruments at the exact versions of the runs (code/); the complete inspection record — verbatim report, JSON summary, raw tubes (record_P1/); verbatim run logs with commands (logs/); the substrate-sweep records (study_data/); the four figures of the paper, PNG + SVG (figures/), with scripts that regenerate them exclusively from the record files (fig_scripts/); a README with the re-run order and the file-to-section mapping; a MANIFEST with complete parameters, seeds, environment, and SHA-256 checksums. All published numbers trace to the record files in this package. Acceptance thresholds were fixed before any data and never adjusted.
