This study focuses on the protective effects of mannan oligosaccharides and agar oligosaccharides against zearalenone-induced reproductive toxicity in late-phase laying hens. By evaluating changes in inflammatory factors, antioxidant capacity, and intestinal microbial diversity, it aims to reveal the underlying mechanisms by which these oligosaccharides alleviate toxin-induced damage to the reproductive system. The findings will provide theoretical support and practical strategies for improving the health and production performance of laying hens under mycotoxin stress, as well as for the development of safe and effective feed additives to mitigate zearalenone contamination in poultry production.
