This layer is part of strategic transport modelling undertaken for [Urban Transport Crowding and Congestion](https://www.infrastructureaustralia.gov.au/publications/urban-transport-crowding-and-congestion), a supplementary report of the [Australian Infrastructure Audit 2019](https://www.infrastructureaustralia.gov.au/publications/australian-infrastructure-audit-2019).\r\n\r\nThese data represent average weekday transport performance during AM peak (7am to 9am). Note that any network links below relevant daily volume thresholds are not included. This is why some sections will appear missing or broken, and some links are isolated.
