Here, functional experiments demonstrated that GPT2 significantly promotes ovarian cancer progression.RNA-seq analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes downstream of GPT2 are significantly enriched in the TNF signaling pathway, which was validated by Western blot.In summary, our data provide new molecular insights into ovarian cancer. Overall design: The GPT2 SINC and PT2 SI A2780 ovarian cancer cell lines were used for 3v3 RNA-seq.
