Synthetic low-voltage networks and demand scenarios for public EV charging station location and grid expansion planning

Dataset supporting the integrated planning of public charging station locations and low-voltage network expansion under base load and electric vehicle demand uncertainty. It contains synthetic network input data for postal code 80803, generated using the Pylovo library, with 20% and 55% EV penetration variants. The dataset includes PowerModels.jl-compatible grid files, load scenarios, EV user demand scenarios generated with Emobpy, charger types, distance matrices, and visualization geodata.
