Actinodaphne acuminata Transcriptome or Gene expression

This project contained the transcriptome analysis of cup-shaped galls and their host leaves from Actinodaphne acuminata (Litsea acuminata), showing the differential regulations of genes associated with photosynthesis, cell wall construction, and carbohydrate metabolism were exhibited in two tissues. Our results also demonstrated the expression of phytohormone-related genes and indicated the importance of steroid hormones in the development of cup-shaped galls.
