The goal was to determine the impact of CD155 signaling through CD226 and TIGIT on Tfh differentiation and function based on gene expression. Overall design: CD4 T cells derived from tonsils (Sorted Tfh, pre-Tfh and Naïve cells) were stimulated with L cells expresing CD155 in the presence or absence of CD226 blocking antibodies or controls.
