AlphaCognate CATH Domain Profile Summaries

The AlphaCognate pipeline enables the transplantation and identification of cognate ligands to predicted protein structures using domain-guided ligand transplantation from experimentally determined enzyme structures. This repository contains the formatted domain profiles required for running the AlphaCognate pipeline, and derived from: AlphaFold2 reveals commonalities and novelties in protein structure space for 21 model organisms Exploring structural diversity across the protein universe with The Encyclopedia of Domains These files were generated using the format_cath_af_domains.py script from AlphaCognate (with the --ted flag for 2).
