Wrangled cnidarian single cell datasets for Price et al. (2025)

Wrangled single cell datasets for <i>Hydractinia symbiolongicarpus </i>(Schnitzler <i>et al</i>., 2024, doi: 10.1101/gr.278382.123), <i>Clytia hemisphaerica</i> (Chari <i>et al.</i>, 2021, doi: 10.1126/sciadv.abh168), and<i> Hydra vulgaris</i> (Siebert <i>et al</i>., 2019, doi: 10.1126/science.aav9314; Cazet <i>et al</i>., 2023, doi: 10.1101/gr.277040.122). The Seurat objects contain the raw UMI matrix (in "RNA" assay, counts slot) and corresponding cell type annotations (in the meta.data slot) for each cell barcode in the matrix. The FASTA files contain the amino acid sequences of the genes in the corresponding UMI matrix, with 1 sequence per gene ID.
