Hyperspectral data from the above given hole of International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) Expedition 389 (Hawaiian Drowned Reefs) acquired by TheiaX GmbH during the onshore phase of the expedition, which was held between 2025-02-06 to 2025-02-26 at the Bremen Core Repository (BCR) hosted at MARUM – Center for Marine Environmental Sciences, University of Bremen. Acquisition of hyperspectral image data took place on all Archive halves and selected core slabs using a SisuROCK drill-core scanner (Spectral Imaging Ltd., Oulu, Finland) equipped with an AisaFENIX hyperspectral sensor to cover the visible and near-infrared (VNIR) as well as short-wave infrared (SWIR) regions of the electromagnetically spectrum. Relative abundance of water, dolomite, aragonite, clay and iron-silicates were logged in 1-cm intervals downcore for each core section and mineral domains interpreted from these results. 本数据集涵盖国际大洋发现计划(International Ocean Discovery Program, IODP)第389次航次(夏威夷淹没礁)指定钻孔的高光谱数据(hyperspectral data),由TheiaX GmbH在该航次陆上阶段采集。该陆上阶段于2025年2月6日至2月26日在不来梅大学海洋环境科学中心(MARUM – Center for Marine Environmental Sciences)运营的不来梅岩心库(Bremen Core Repository, BCR)内开展。 高光谱图像数据(hyperspectral image data)的采集覆盖所有岩心归档半份及选定的岩心板,所用设备为配备AisaFENIX高光谱传感器(AisaFENIX hyperspectral sensor)的SisuROCK岩心扫描仪(SisuROCK drill-core scanner,芬兰奥卢市Spectral Imaging有限公司),该传感器可覆盖电磁频谱的可见光-近红外(visible and near-infrared, VNIR)及短波红外(short-wave infrared, SWIR)波段范围。 研究团队以1厘米间隔沿岩心向下对每个岩心段记录水、白云石、文石、黏土及铁硅酸盐的相对丰度,并基于上述测试结果解译出矿物域。此外,还为每个经扫描的岩心段生成了基于光谱指数的碳酸盐分布图。[…]
