miRVerified: A reliable and verified dataset of functional miRNA–mRNA target interactions for gene regulation studies

miRVerified is a rigorously curated repository of 1,913 functionally validated miRNA:mRNA interactions. It includes seed and non-canonical binding sites, mutational evidence, precise UTR binding coordinates, and regulatory effect data. Version 4 has been updated for more consistency in the seed site.
