Gut microbial composition of rats with metabolic syndrome under Xiasangju intervention

After 16 weeks of intervention with Xiasangju, rats with metabolic syndrome induced by a high-fat, high-fructose diet showed a reduction in metabolic syndrome manifestations. In this study, we analyzed the gut microbial composition of metabolic syndrome rats (Model group), normal rats (Normal group), and Xiasangju rats (XSJH group) using 16S rDNA sequencing.
