Bathymetry data compilation, East Pacific Rise, 12N-16N (2011, investigator Marie-Helene Cormier)

Bathymetric data compiled for the East Pacific Rise between 12N-16N. The compilation is based upon a 200m bathymetry grid of the axial region from SeaMARC II and multibeam shipboard data and was supplemented with multibeam and singlebeam data from an additional 44 cruises. The data was gridded at an interval of 0.5 arc minute (about 900 m) using a continuous curvature spline algorithm. The data set is cited in Cormier et al., 2011. The data file is in netCDF:GMT grid format and was generated as part of the project called Kinematic and Gravity Study of the Northern East Pacific Rise and Its Flanks: Propagating Ridges and Melt Supply.
