Using Online Questionnaire to Research Digital Factors Affecting Innovation Performance of Jakarta's Millennials

This research is motivated by the suboptimal role of the Millennial generation as the dominant workforce in driving innovation, along with the challenges of integrating digital transformation into organizational strategy, culture, and business practices. In addition, there remains a lack of clarity regarding the role of digital leadership and the readiness of innovation capability in improving firms' innovation performance. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of Digital Transformation (DT), Digital Leadership (DL), and Innovation Capability (IC) on Innovation Performance (IP). Methods: This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through a questionnaire survey administered to 385 respondents of millennial employees in Jakarta. The variables were measured using the Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM tool. This research finding indicates that DT, DL, and IC have a positive and significant effect on IP. These findings indicate that technologies, leadership, and capabilities play a crucial role in company innovation performance. This research contributes to existing literature by presenting empirical evidence on how DT, DL, and IC on IP of millennial employees in Jakarta.
