This dataset underpins analyses relating to the project "Safer and more efficient vital signs monitoring to identify the deteriorating patient: An observational study towards deriving evidence-based protocols for patient surveillance on the general hospital ward", accessible at https://fundingawards.nihr.ac.uk/award/17/05/03
It contains anonymised field notes following observation sessions, anonymised data from ward profiles on vital signs observations approach per ward and anonymised ward time -and-motion data for a time-and-motion study on vital signs observations.
