中国版肿瘤患者营养评估工具 cPG-SGA 量表

常见恶性肿瘤营养状况与临床结局（INSCOC）研究是由CSNO举办的正在进行的一项全国性研究。本研究为INSCOC的一部分，采用了于2013年5月至2019年4月在中国72家三级医院入组的癌症患者。纳入标准为：年龄大于18岁；有病理诊断的恶性肿瘤；意识清楚；中文沟通无障碍；愿意参与这项研究并签署知情同意书。排除标准为：在调查期间住院2次以上的只取用第1次的结果；有器官移植史；怀孕；被诊断为人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染或获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）；在入组时入住重症监护病房（ICU）。最终招募41117名患者。所有入选患者均由临床专业人员进行访谈及体检，完成问卷包括PG-SGA、营养风险筛查工具2002（NRS 2002）和卡氏评分（KPS）等各类评估。血液学检查结果主要纳入血红蛋白和白蛋白，由参与医院的检验科进行。本研究排除问卷得分不完整的患者（4669例）、无血红蛋白或白蛋白资料的患者（2377例）。最终分析包括34071名患者，其中1558例患者进行了为期5年的 。

The Nutritional Status and Clinical Outcomes of Common Malignant Neoplasms (INSCOC) study is an ongoing nationwide study organized by CSNO. This study is a subset of the INSCOC program, which recruited cancer patients from 72 tertiary hospitals in China between May 2013 and April 2019. Inclusion criteria were as follows: aged over 18 years; pathologically confirmed malignant neoplasm; clear consciousness; no barrier to Chinese communication; voluntary participation and signed informed consent. Exclusion criteria were as follows: only the first hospitalization record was retained for patients hospitalized more than twice during the survey period; history of organ transplantation; pregnancy; diagnosed with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS); admission to intensive care unit (ICU) at enrollment. A total of 41,117 patients were initially recruited. All enrolled patients underwent interviews and physical examinations by clinical professionals, and completed a range of assessments including questionnaires such as PG-SGA, Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS). Hematological test results, mainly hemoglobin and albumin levels, were collected from the clinical laboratories of the participating hospitals. In this study, patients with incomplete questionnaire scores (n=4,669) and those without available hemoglobin or albumin data (n=2,377) were excluded.
