MS2-affinity purification coupled with RNA sequencing (MAPS) reveals S. suis rss04 sRNA targetome

Streptococcus suis is a Gram-positive pathogen causing septicemia and meningitis in pigs and humans. We previously found that sRNA rss04 contributes to meningitis induction by regulating capsule synthesis and inducing biofilm formation in a mouse infection model. However, its targets are unknown.
