Data for: Network Pharmacology-based Identification of the Key Mechanism of Qinghuo Rougan Formula Acting on Uveitis.

We identified 259 major candidate targets of QHRGF and successfully constructed a ‘QHRGF-compound-target-uveitis’ network. Gene enrichment analysis revealed that targets in the cell cycle, autoimmune disease and related signalling pathways were relevant.本研究共鉴定出QHRGF的259个主要候选靶点，并成功构建了“QHRGF-化合物-靶点-葡萄膜炎”调控网络。基因富集分析结果表明，上述靶点与细胞周期、自身免疫性疾病及相关信号通路显著相关。
