This dataset provides the complete reproducibility package for the study: “Bounded Telemetry Overhead in Concurrent Systems: A Quantitative Study of Contention–Stability Tradeoffs.” The package contains raw benchmark data, aggregated statistical results, system validation logs, and experiment scripts used to evaluate observability overhead under varying concurrency levels. Contents include:- Raw per-run measurements (30 runs × 6 strategies × multiple concurrency levels)- Aggregated statistics (mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and 95% confidence intervals)- System validation logs (shard distribution, thread-local flush behavior, histogram profiling)- Experiment execution and analysis scripts- Final publication figures The dataset supports full reproducibility of all results and figures reported in the paper. All data were generated using a Rust-based in-memory key-value store with multiple observability strategies, including:- Global mutex aggregation- Sharded aggregation (low and high cardinality)- Thread-local batching- HdrHistogram-based latency tracking The archived dataset reflects a validated code state spanning multiple commits, as documented in the included provenance materials.
