Genome-wide de novo L1 Retrotransposition Connects Endonuclease Activity with Replication: creating new models

File L1Simulation_filelist.xlsx lists the files described in the Word file and found in L1Simulations.tar.gz. Required large file ChrmsALL_table_sortEN.bed.gz is found individually. Importantly, like the paper analysis, this file is specific to the hg19 version of the human genome.
