Cuproptosis-related prognostic models in HNSCC: review-level data and reproducible code
收藏资源简介:
Review-level data and reproducible analysis code supporting a systematic review and descriptive meta-epidemiological analysis of cuproptosis-related multivariable prognostic models in head and neck, oral and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Version 1.0.0 contains the reconciled 296-record screening dataset, 53-report retrieval/disposition register, 43 primary journal reports, 82 target prediction descriptions, 127 evaluation groups, 209 assessment units, original paired human screening/appraisal values, separately labelled source-assisted reassessment, reasons for remaining uncertainties, executed search documentation, data dictionaries and Python reproduction procedures. The 82 descriptions are not asserted to be 82 independent executable functions. The files preserve published-source limitations, including the unretrieved I0008 full text and unresolved measurement, endpoint and clinical-applicability details. Published-score arithmetic is checked only against publisher-released inputs; no new patient model or mechanism experiment is introduced. Copyrighted article bodies, licensed database exports, private source excerpts, institutional-session information and patient-level expression matrices are excluded. Review data and documentation are licensed CC BY 4.0; code carries its included MIT licence. The archive manifest identifies each release file by checksum. Minor administrative correction on 2 November 2026: PRISMA checklist item 27 in the consolidated supplementary workbook was updated from the pre-deposit status to the actual public Zenodo DOI. This corrects an obsolete administrative status only; every study record, original human judgment, analysis value and conclusion is unchanged.
