Archive folder with data and code for reproducibility of MiTo paper: "MiTo: tracing the phenotypic evolution of somatic cell lineages via mitochondrial single-cell multi-omics". Once untarred and decompressed, this folder contains all /data and /results files needed to reproduce the results with the code hosted at: https://github.com/andrecossa5/MiTo_benchmark_repro. N.B. To run the analyses, the user needs to substitute the <path_main> variable in the scripts with the local path to the downloaded and untarred source_data folder.
