PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber non-woven fabric， a carbon fiber composite material， a carbon fiber composite material cured product， a moving body， and a non-moving body that improve the impregnation property of the matrix resin without impairing adhesiveness between the carbon fiber and the matrix resin. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber nonwoven fabric of this invention has a carbon fiber， a carbon nanotube， and a polymer having a functional group (a) exhibiting reactivity with at least one selected from the group consisting of a functional group on the surface of the carbon fiber and a functional group on the surface of the carbon nanotube， wherein the total attached amount of the carbon nanotube and the polymer to the total mass of the carbon fiber is 4.5 mass% or less.
