Planarian classical conditioning masks

Binary masks extracted from videos of planarian flatworms undergoing classical conditioning. Videos were collected according to the methods section in the preprint. Masks were created using a custom pipeline with Segment Anything (Meta Inc) that can be found here on Github. Masks can be used to calculate summary statistics of body pose during conditioned stimulus and inter-stimulus intervals. Mask files are saved as .npz, with each file containing a timeseries of binary arrays for each frame in the video that are 1 where the body of the worm was detected and 0 elsewhere.本数据集提取自经历经典条件反射的扁形涡虫（planarian flatworms）视频，包含对应的二值掩码（binary masks）。视频数据按照预印本中的方法章节完成采集。掩码通过搭载分割一切模型（Segment Anything，Meta Inc.）的自定义处理流水线生成，该流水线的代码可在GitHub上获取。该掩码可用于计算条件刺激与刺激间隔时段内虫体姿态的汇总统计量。掩码文件以.npz格式存储，每个文件包含对应视频各帧的二值数组时间序列：数组中取值为1的区域对应检测到的虫体，取值为0的区域为其余背景。
