ChIP-Seq of HSV-1 Productive Infection +ACV

MRC5 cells were infected with HSV-1 (KOS) at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell in the presence or absence of 100 uM acyclovir for four hours and ChIP-Seq for TBP, TAF1, and Pol II was performed. Illumina libraries were constructed for the IP and input material. Illumina sequencing was carried out at Tufts University Core Facility using HiSeq 2500 to generate 50 bp single-end reads.
