Cannabinoids act as H3k27ac Epigenetic Modifiers of Genes Regulating MHC-I Antigen Processing and Presentation that Induce Cytolytic T Lymphocyte Recognition of Metastatic Cancers Twenty-four hours after seeding, cells were cultured at the optimum concentrations of Cannabigerol 0.055umol, or 5.832x10-6 nmol IFN gamma or 1% DMSO vehicle for 48 hours. Cells were harvested using trypsin, and were pelleted at 200g for 5 mins before being resuspended in PBS. Cell viability was determined using Trypan Blue dye (Catalog# 15250061, Gibco) and cell counting slides (Catalog#1450015, Biorad) with Biorad TC20 automated cell counter. Once the viability was above 90%, the cells were quantified and 130K live cells were transferred into a new tube
