Expression and 5' end mapping data for Mycobacterium tuberculosis with deletion of Rv2752c/rnj

We used three M. tuberculosis strains (WT H37Rv, an RV2752c deletion mutation, and the mutant complemented with an Rv2752c overexpression construct), extracted RNA from log phase cultures, and made RNAseq expression libraries as well as 5'-end-directed libraries. Overall design: Comparison of gene expression and 5' end abundance in the presence, absence, and overexpression of Rv2752c (encoding RNase J). Two replicates were used for each strain. Expression libraries and 5' end mapping libraries were made from the same RNA samples.
