Processed single-cell RNA-seq data of human penile skin across aging

This dataset contains the processed single-cell expression matrices, donor metadata, and the integrated .h5ad file used in the study “A comprehensive single-cell atlas of human penile skin across aging.”The raw sequencing data are part of a controlled-access project available at the Genome Sequence Archive for Human (GSA-Human) under accession HRA007611.This Figshare record provides the processed data subset used for all downstream analyses described in the manuscript and enables independent reanalysis of the study results.
