Ficus carica Raw sequence reads for DAP-seq of FcERF12. Ficus carica

Using FcERF12 (FCD_00012536) protein to conduct a DNA affinity purification sequencing (DAP-seq) experiment. DAP-seq was conducted following the method of O'Malley et al. (2016) with minor modifications. The key steps included genome DNA extraction from fig fruit materials using the CTAB method (Palma et al., 2016), DNA fragmentation, and library construction, protein expression by TNT SP6 High-Yield Wheat Germ Protein Expression System (L3260, Promega, USA), the binding reaction between protein and DNA library, Western blot, sequencing, and data analysis.
