The data pertain to the results obtained within the project no. 2022/44/C/ST4/00010 funded by the Polish National Science Centre. Within conducted project, antifungal properties against Fusarium culmorum were proved for fatty acids and especially for fucosterol from macroalgae extract. In this case, detailed chromatographic analyses were conducted with four different methods, including gas chromatography mass spectrometry, gas chromatography equipped with flame ionisation detection, supercritical fluid chromatography as well as coutercurrent chromatography. Moreover, bioactive compounds isolated from Fucus vesiculosus CO2 extract may be used as plant resistance enzymes activator. The dataset contains raw data of detailed chromatographic analysis (qualitative and quantitative), bioactive compounds separation, microbiological assay as well as plant resistance enzymes activation tests.For more details, please refer to the README file.
