SupplementaryDataset 1:Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified from ovarian transcriptome sequencing. This table provides the detailed lists of DEGs for the Control vs. CTX comparison and the CTX+NGR1 vs. CTX comparison. It also includes the overlapping DEGs between these two sets, representing the transcriptomic signature reversed by NGR1 treatment. Significant differential expression was defined using the thresholds of |log_2(Fold Change)| > 1 and P < 0.05.

This table provides the detailed lists of DEMs for the Control vs. CTX comparison and the CTX+NGR1 vs. CTX comparison. It also includes the overlapping metabolites between these two sets, representing the systemic metabolic signature reversed by NGR1 intervention. Significant DEMs were screened based on the criteria of Variable Importance in Projection (VIP) > 1 and Fold Change > 1.2 or < 0.8333.
