An information technology readiness assessment framework for the South African national health insurance.

217300804/2018/015<br>The qualitative data has been collected through the use of semi-structured interview and document analysis. Permission to record was requested from participants from the beginning of the interview. The recorded interviews were then transcribed and cleaned. To upload university ethics, the names of the participants and that of the organisation have been substituted with pseudo names. <br>The data attached include individual consent form, ethics certificate, interview guidelines, consent letter from the organisation and transcribed interviews.
