The Thirukadigai dataset is a Tamil literature dataset derived from one of the Pathinen Keezhkanakku (Eighteen Minor Works). It contains poems and their explanations composed by Nalladhanar. Each entry includes the original Tamil poem and its corresponding explanation in Tamil. The dataset consists of 100 poems, formatted in JSON/JSONL, with a size of approximately 120 KB. It is suitable for Tamil NLP, digital humanities, education, comparative literature, and digital heritage purposes.
