Cadences of the Collective: Conspecific Stimulation Patterns Interact with Endogenous Rhythms to Cue Socially Mediated Response Shifts

In this study, we performed automated playback experiments with calling male túngara frogs to see how conspecific stimulation during call cycles interacted with cyclical responsiveness changes to influence their call-timing decisions. From the results, we gained some clues regarding the functioning of their call timing mechanisms. Deposited data includes all code to conduct analysis and plot figures.
