Radiographic and Laboratory Dataset for Fractal Dimension and Cortical Indices of the Mandible in Hypercholesterolaemia

This dataset contains radiographic and laboratory data related to a retrospective study investigating the relationship between serum cholesterol levels and mandibular bone structure using fractal dimension (FD), lacunarity, and cortical indices (MCW, PMI). The dataset includes patients age, sex, FD, lacunarity, MCW, PMI and cholesterol measurements. All radiomorfometric measurements were taken from panoramic radiographs using ImageJ and FracLac. All personal identifiers were removed prior to publication.
The dataset supports transparency and reproducibility in dental radiographic research involving systemic metabolic conditions.
