Effectiveness of social media marketing in the U.S. 2021

During a 2021 survey, over 78 percent of responding social media users aged 16 to 34 from the United States stated social media had directed them to make a purchase at least once. The phenomenon of making purchases via social channels is called social commerce. It was estimated that there were over 90 million social commerce buyers in the United States in 2021.
