Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of HAECWT and HAECSAHH-KO

Objective: the next generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized the system-based analysis of cellular pathways. The purpose of this study was to explore the Gene expression profiling changes caused by SAHH knockout in atherosclerosis. Overall design: Methods:HAEC Gene expression profiling of HAECWT and HAECSAHH-KO were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate. The library preparations were sequenced on an Illumina Novaseq platform and 150 bp paired-end reads were generated. Differential expression analysis of two conditions/groups was performed using the DESeq2 R package (1.20.0).
