Processed Sequencing Data for "In vivo transcriptomic, functional, circuit based, and translational analyses of enteric neurons"

This Zenodo repository contains processed sequencing data (count matrices and annotations) for the human and mouse enteric nervous system. It also contains scripts to reproduce the analyses presented in "In vivo transcriptomic, functional, circuit based, and translational analyses of enteric neurons." All data and accompanying code are in ENS_data_and_code.tar.gz.
