中国条约数据

中国政府高度重视缔约工作。根据《中华人民共和国缔结条约程序法》，外交部在国务院领导下管理同外国缔结条约的具体工作。自1957年和1986年起，外交部开始编纂《中华人民共和国条约集》和《中华人民共和国多边条约集》，收录我国对外缔结和参加的部分双、多边条约。为践行外交为民，进一步促进条约利用，并服务“一带一路”建设，外交部特建设条约数据库，将两个《条约集》收录的条约以及新近缔结和参加的部分条约加以公布。部分条约已经失效，但为方便研究，也一并收录。此外，数据库还收录了部分双边合作文件，一并供公众查阅使用。 CnOpenData将条约数据进行整理，以方便研究使用。中国条约数据包含条约名称、类别、领域、签署时间、生效时间、PDF链接等字段，并提供PDF文本。The Chinese government attaches great importance to treaty-making activities. In accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Procedures for the Conclusion of Treaties, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) administers the specific affairs and procedures for concluding treaties with foreign states under the leadership of the State Council. Since 1957 and 1986 respectively, the MFA has compiled the Collection of Treaties of the People's Republic of China and the Collection of Multilateral Treaties of the People's Republic of China, which include a portion of bilateral and multilateral treaties concluded or acceded to by China. To advance people-centered diplomacy, further facilitate the utilization of treaties, and support the development of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the MFA has specially developed a treaty database to publish the treaties included in the two aforementioned collections as well as some newly concluded or acceded-to treaties. Some expired treaties are also included in the database for research purposes. In addition, the database also collects a number of bilateral cooperation documents for public access and reference. CnOpenData has organized the treaty data to facilitate academic research and utilization. The Chinese treaty dataset includes fields such as treaty name, category, domain, signing date, effective date, and PDF link, and provides the full PDF text of the included treaties.
