Cell Stem Cell 2018. data_hsc.csv Data formatted for analysis using Monolix (https://lixoft.com/products/monolix/). Chimerism data from bone marrow cell transplantation newly acquired in this study are also included. data_chimerism.csv Original data on LT, LT/IT, and IT-HSC chimerism, including T-cell lines.
