资源简介:
In this compilation of data, we show how the Cr/Ni ratio affects the physical properties of ten single-phase FCC CrxMn20Fe20Co20Ni40-x high-entropy alloys for 0 ≤ x ≤ 26 at.%. All the data are origin files (.opj). Here is a short description of the origin files, which are numbered according to their order of appearence in the corresponding research article and supplementary materials: Fig02: X-Ray diffraction patterns of the alloys Fig03: Curves obtained by differential scannning calorimetry Fig04: Temperature dependence of the coefficients of thermal expansion Fig05: Temperature dependence of the elastic parameters Fig06: Thermal gravimetric analysis of the Mn20Fe20Co20Ni40 (in at.%) alloy Fig07+09b: Results of ab-initio calculations of enthalpy differences relative to the nonmagnetic phase at 0 K, magnetic critical temperature, and spontaneous volume magnetostriction Fig09+10+S8: Plots showing the separation distance between Shockley partials as a function of the angle between the dislocation line and the perfect Burgers vector for 14 ≤ x ≤ 26 at.%. These data allow to determine the stacking fault energy of the alloys. Fig11: Comparison of these latter plots with those reported in the literature for Cu and Ag. FigS3: EDX concentration profiles of the as-cast ingots for 0 ≤ x ≤ 10 at.% FigS4,S5: EDX concentration profiles of the as-cast ingots for 14 ≤ x ≤ 26 at.% lattice parameters: lattice parameters of the investigated alloys
