Data and R code for study "Sex-specific migration strategies and underlying physiology contribute to spring arrival protandry in a songbird" prepared for publishing in Behavioral Ecology and Sociobiology Description of files with raw data and code, used in this study for statistical analysis and creation of figureslocomotory activity, fat scores, changepoint output.zipthis file contains text files with datasets: m_combined.txt, f_combined.txt - locomotor activity data for males and females, respectivelyin the datasets for males(m) an females(f) we have data in two forms: number of active intervals and the amount of hops, we used the amount of hops in the first 4 morning hours for diurnal activity (period=day) and number of active intervals for nocturnal activity (period=night)***sp_day.txtsp_night_int.txtfall_day.txtfall_night_int.txtSubsetted files with raw locomotor activity data for autumn and spring migratory periods used in statistical analysis.
