Ionospheric Total Electron Content (TEC) data from a pair of RIO GPS receivers that are deployed on National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Tropical Atmosphere Ocean (TAO) buoys in the Pacific Ocean. TEC measurements collected between September 1, 2018 and December 31, 2019 are included in these datasets.
