Left ventricular systolic dysfunction in female NBCe1-B/C-knockout mice

To investigate the role of NBCe1-B in the heart we performed RNAseq experiments to examine genome-wide transcriptional changes in female NBCe1-B/C knockout (KO) mice compared to female wild-type (WT) mice. Total mRNA via RNA-seq analysis from the hearts of three female NBCe1-B/C KO mice and three WT mice were compared.为探究NBCe1-B在心脏中的作用，我们开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验，以检测雌性NBCe1-B/C基因敲除（KO）小鼠相较于雌性野生型（WT）小鼠的全基因组转录水平变化。本研究通过RNA-seq分析，对3只雌性NBCe1-B/C基因敲除（KO）小鼠与3只雌性野生型（WT）小鼠心脏中的总mRNA进行了对比分析。
