Quantitative analysis of global crotonylome of RAW264.7 cells treated by butyrate based on TMT markers

The expression of lysozyme was significantly up-regulated in macrophages treated with butyrate. In order to prove the relationship between Lysine Crotonylation modification and lysozyme up-regulation, lysine sites occured croton modification were detected and analyzed.
