Transglutaminase Type 2 is a multifunctional enzyme involved in the pathophysiology of several cellular processes. In this work, we tried to dissect its role in SKCM (Skin cutaneous melanoma) by ablating its expression in a B16F10 mouse melanoma model. We compared the Transcriptomic profiles between WT and TG2 KO lines, both following or not pigmentation induction.
