Histone H3Lys4 trimethylation in budding yeast S. cerevisiae for wild type and cnc1Djhd2D yeast mutants

In this study, we measured histone H3Lys4 trimethylation in budding yeast S. cerevisiae for wild type and cnc1Djhd2D yeast mutants. These experiments were performed for yeast cultured to mid-logarithmic phase in non-fermentable carbon.本研究以出芽酵母酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae，S. cerevisiae）的野生型菌株与cnc1Δjhd2Δ酵母突变株为材料，检测了其组蛋白H3第4位赖氨酸三甲基化（histone H3 Lys4 trimethylation）水平。所有实验所用酵母均在非发酵碳源培养基中培养至对数生长中期。
