Difference in epidemic characteristics between aggregation methodologies.

The results of independent samples t-tests: 95% confidence intervals and p-values testing differences between the characteristics of simulated epidemics under different aggregation methodologies. Confidence intervals indicate the range of difference between the Sequential and All Pairs methodologies for each quantity (i.e. Column 1, Row 1—epidemics in the All Pairs network had an epidemic peak 96.91 to 149.04 days earlier compared to the sequential network). N/A values indicate some epidemic simulations that did not end in the modelled time period with R = 1.25.
